At Gilpin Lodge Hotel

St. Sunday Crag is the outright favourite of the hotel owner Christine, who we have worked with throughout the transformations made to Gilpin Lodge Hotel over the last five years or so.

The room is just really smart! From the seductive black background to the flirtatious rose wallpaper both masked by the elegant furniture - bedside tables, coffee table and desk. The bed head softens the black into an anthracite grey texture to introduce the contrast tan used in the carpeted flooring and cushions.

The canary yellow is just fun and takes you through to the dressing areas with rich, glossy veneers in the customised built-in wardrobe from Tisettanta. The mirror is used to reflect light and colour, and add special impact. It also works alongside the polished chrome detailing and the lamp finishes of cracked glass and polished stainless steel to add glamour, without being too obvious!

How fabulous to walk out of this room on a particular evening and sink into the hot tub with a bottle of your favourite tipple.
